Acceptance

By accessing or using any product or service provided by NOTAI TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("notai.tech", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

We provide software products, SaaS applications, and open source tools. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Accounts

Some services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Open Source

Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, content, trademarks, and materials remain the property of NOTAI TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise stated. Open source components are governed by their respective licenses.

Payment

Paid services are billed as described at the point of purchase. Refund policies are specific to each product. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, notai.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violations of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
